Being an oil produced in the mountain ranges of Ja\u00e9n, Segura, the roots of 53savias can be traced back to the family estate of Casablanca in Mor\u00f3n de la Frontera, Seville.<\/p>\n

On its whitewashed facades stands the branding iron of the estate, a family symbol that inspires the logo for the olive oil. It is the small tribute that Aurora, the founder of 53savias, pays to her roots.
The longing and desire to connect with the countryside are the reasons why 53savias recalls those majestic olive trees that surrounded the farmhouse, the place where it all begins. Since her childhood in Casablanca the years passed and Aurora formed her own family, joining her roots to those of her husband, whose paternal family also comes from Andalusia. Specifically from the Sierra de Segura, Ja\u00e9n.<\/p>

As fate would have it, the perfect place for the 53savias project would be this land, an authentic paradise of olive groves, on the Las Talas estate, which since 1830 has belonged to different branches of the family.<\/p>

The first harvest of 2022, lovingly cared for by the recent owner, is not only the beginning of the journey of this project, but also closes a circle that began 53 years ago, 53savias.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
