Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil harvested and directly milled on the olive press on November 14, 2022. Of exceptional quality, this intense green fruity oil is extracted from picual variety olives harvested entirely from olive trees of the Las Talas Farm, in the Natural Reserve of the Sierra de Segura, Cazorla and Las Villas. This EVOO is certified with the Protected Designation of Origin seal of Sierra de Segura.

Tasting Notes

Early harvest extra virgin olive oil with intense green fruitiness followed by a balanced, sweet flavor on the palate.

It comes from traditional mountain olive groves at more than 700 m., altitude, which gives it unique characteristics due to both the climatic conditions and the protected mountain environment, being a very fresh oil with the aroma of herbs and pine forest.

The olive trees are of the rainfed picual variety, which means that the oil presents a certain bitterness and spiciness, qualities that ensure good antioxidant properties.
