Since her childhood in Casablanca the years passed and Aurora formed her own family, joining her roots to those of her husband, whose paternal family also comes from Andalusia. Specifically from the Sierra de Segura, Jaén.
As fate would have it, the perfect place for the 53savias project would be this land, an authentic paradise of olive groves, on the Las Talas estate, which since 1830 has belonged to different branches of the family.
The first harvest of 2022, lovingly cared for by the recent owner, is not only the beginning of the journey of this project, but also closes a circle that began 53 years ago, 53savias.
